The air-conditions work best between 22-25 degrees. Please turn off when not in use and help us save energy.

The nearest beach is Kamala Beach. Our free shuttle is available everyday from 9am to 7pm.

Beach towels

Beach towels are located in each bedroom. Please make sure they are returned prior to check out.

Breakfast can be ordered from the iPad, or by contacting our service team.

Rent a car to explore the island on your own. for more information and prices, please contact our service team.

CCTV

CCTV cameras are location around the common areas in all resorts.

Check in / Check out

Check in time is 3pm – Check out time: 12pm. For early check in or late check out please contact our service team.

Coffee & Tea

Coffee and tea are free and available in the kitchen of your villa.

Credit card

We can settle bills with all major credit cards. Please note a surcharge of 3% is added.

We can settle bills with all major cryptos. Please ask our service team for details.

Drinking water

We do not recommend drinking water from the tap.

Drones

We take privacy seriously. Please ask in the reception before flying with drones around our resort.

The electricity voltage in Thailand is 220V. Please turn off appliances when not in use to help us save on our usage.

Emergency and evacuation

In case of an emergency please evacuate the villa and contact our service team or security guard.

Exchange

Foreign currencies can be exchanged all over Phuket. Contact our service team for information on current exchange rates or locations for exchange.

There is a fire extinguisher located in the parking area of all villas.

First aid kit

We have first aid kits in our receptions. Please ask our service team for any assistance.

Food

Food and drinks can be ordered via the iPad, and will be delivered straight to your villa.

Our service team is continuously maintaining the garden. Please contact our service team for any requirements to our staff entering the villa.

Grocery shopping

Big C located in Kamala has a vast variety of groceries. For more premium groceries with larger selection of fresh food and international brands visit Porto De Phuket location in Choengtalay.

Hair dryer

There is a hair dryer location in all bedrooms.

House keeping

Our maid team will do a light cleaning on daily basis and change bedlinen and towels every second day.

Hospital

Kamala has a few smaller clinics. The nearest hospital is Patong Hospital. For International standard we recommend using Bangkok Hospital in Phuket Town.

There is an Ipad located in all villas to access our online concierge service.

Internet / WiFi networks

Iron

We provide iron upon requests. Please ask our service team.

Returning guests

All returning guests receive a 10% discount on all bookings when booking directly with us.

We have security guards in our projects from 7pm – 7am.

Service charge and taxes

Our prices are included all service charge and taxes meaning there will be no additional charges to the shown prices.

Shuttle bus

Our free shuttle bus drives to Kamala Beach, Big C and back to our villas from 9am to 6pm. Book your ride here.

Smoking policy

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside our villas. Doing so may result in a 10,000 Baht fine.

Storage of luggage

We are happy to store luggage at any of our receptions. Please coordinate with our service team.

Swimming pool

Our service team is continuously maintaining the pool. Please contract our service team for any requirements to our staff entering the villa or if the swimming pool requires our attention.
